Project Engineering Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar

- Responsible for the engineering administrative function, directing and consulting several groups engaged in interrelated engineering responsibilities.
- Plan and manage the execution of multi-discipline FEED/Conceptual Design Studies & EPC engineering in both local and affiliated international offices.
- Preparation and administration of design budgets, estimates, forecasts, and schedules.
- Recruitment and development of a technically competent, cohesive, and functional engineering team.
- Be responsible for the timeliness and technical correctness of all works performed by the Engineering Team.
- Manage value improvement processes.
- Ensure all design engineering activities meet or exceed engineering standards with regard to quality, cost, safety, and performance.
- Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system, including utilizing the corporate Project Management systems.
- Manage third-party consultants/specialists.
- Take responsibility for personal safety and adherence to safe working practices in the Oil & Gas Business Unit.
- Must have a B.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university, with experience in the oil and gas, refinery, or petrochemical industries.
Principal Telecommunications Engineer
Location: Doha, Qatar

- Responsible for the overall and detailed engineering design, associated calculations, and specifications of telecommunication configuration/equipment used on offshore oil/gas facilities.
- Review and check engineering documents prepared by consultants/contractors/suppliers and make sound recommendations suitable to the overall design.
- Experience in witnessing and approving FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SATs (Site Acceptance Tests) for instrumentation items is an advantage.
- Design and selection of telecommunication equipment such as digital microwave radio, fibre optic cables, VSAT satellite systems, HF SSB, VHF/UHF, AM NDB systems, trunk radio, PA, and alarm systems, and CCTV systems.
- Co-ordinate all telecommunication design and development work in connection with new projects and modifications to existing installations.
- Provide professional advice in the selection of equipment and materials for new projects and replacements in existing installations.

- من المفيد أن يكون لدى المرشح خبرة في مراقبة واعتماد اختبارات القبول في المصنع (FAT) واختبارات القبول في الموقع (SAT) للأدوات.
- تصميم واختيار معدات الاتصالات مثل راديو الميكروويف الرقمي، والكابلات الألياف البصرية، وأنظمة الأقمار الصناعية VSAT، وأنظمة الراديو HF SSB، وVHF/UHF، وأنظمة AM NDB، والراديو trunk، وأنظمة PA والإنذار، وأنظمة CCTV.
