Join as an HSE Engineer and Lead Safety Initiatives
The HSE Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies. This role aims to minimize risks, prevent incidents, and promote a safety culture across operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other regulatory requirements.

Stay updated on local and international HSE laws and implement necessary changes.

Conduct hazard identification (HAZID), risk assessments (HIRA), and job safety analyses (JSA).

Develop and implement emergency response plans and safe work procedures.

Perform incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.

Conduct HSE audits, site inspections, and compliance reviews.

Ensure proper maintenance of safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, gas detectors, and PPE.

Organize HSE induction training for new employees and subcontractors.

Maintain records of accidents, near-misses, and safety performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety.

Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, CSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

5–10 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in the oil & gas industry.

Experience in offshore and onshore safety operations is a plus.

Deep knowledge of O&G downstream: Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers & Gas Processing Plants.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles within the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong understanding of quality standards, inspection protocols, and construction practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct the inspection and testing of materials, concrete, and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards prior to execution.
