Group Legal Director
This is a contract Group Legal Director role at A Q H Holding Group. The position is hybrid, based in Doha, Qatar, with some work from home flexibility. The Group Legal Director will be responsible for overseeing legal compliance, managing legal issues, contract management, and participating in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities.
Qualifications
Law and Legal Compliance skills
Experience in Legal Issues and Contract Management
Knowledge or experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree
