Welding Supervisor
This is a contract role for a Welding Supervisor, located on-site in Ras Laffan. The Welding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing welding operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supervising welding staff. Daily tasks include conducting welding inspections, managing quality control processes, and overseeing TIG welding activities. The Welding Supervisor will also be responsible for training and mentoring welders, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring efficient completion of welding tasks.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills and experience in managing welding teams
Proficiency in Welding Inspection and Quality Control
Expertise in Welding and TIG Welding
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Relevant certifications in welding and safety standards are a plus
