Oracle EBS HCM Functional consultant (Arabic Speaking)


We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM Functional Consultant to join our team for a 12-month onsite engagement. The consultant will be responsible for functional analysis, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EBS HCM modules, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct detailed functional analysis and business process mapping for Oracle EBS HCM implementation

• Gather and document functional requirements through stakeholder workshops in both Arabic and English

• Configure Oracle EBS HCM modules according to business requirements and best practices

• Design and document business process flows and functional specifications

• Create test scenarios and lead functional testing efforts

• Develop end-user training materials and conduct training sessions in both Arabic and English

• Provide functional specifications to technical team for customizations

• Support data migration planning and execution from a functional perspective

• Perform system setup and configuration • Provide post-implementation functional support

• Document functional designs and solution architecture

Required Qualifications:


• Any Degree

• Minimum 5+ years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM implementations

• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS HCM modules functional configuration (R12.x)

• Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing)

• Experience in full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations

• Deep understanding of HR business processes and best practices

• Knowledge of Middle East HR practices and regulations

• تطوير مواد تدريبية للمستخدم النهائي وإجراء جلسات تدريبية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

• تقديم المواصفات الوظيفية للفريق الفني للتخصيصات

• دعم تخطيط وتنفيذ نقل البيانات من منظور وظيفي

• إجراء إعداد النظام وتكوينه • تقديم الدعم الوظيفي بعد التنفيذ

• توثيق التصاميم الوظيفية وهندسة الحلول

المؤهلات المطلوبة:


• أي درجة

• خبرة وظيفية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تنفيذات Oracle EBS HCM

• خبرة قوية في تكوين وظائف وحدات Oracle EBS HCM (R12.x)

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثًا وقراءة وكتابة)

• الخبرة في تنفيذات Oracle EBS ذات الدورة الكاملة

• فهم عميق لعمليات الأعمال المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية وأفضل الممارسات

• معرفة ممارسات وأنظمة الموارد البشرية في الشرق الأوسط
