Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Ensure plans meet client expectations, sustainability goals, and building regulations
Project Management & Coordination
Lead coordination between engineers, consultants, and contractors for effective execution
Track project milestones, budget, and timelines to deliver on schedule
Regulatory Compliance & Approvals
Ensure full compliance with Qatar’s building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards
Prepare and submit documentation for municipal approvals and building permits
Construction Oversight & Site Supervision
Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality and design alignment
Collaborate with contractors to maintain design fidelity and quality standards
