Responsibilities:

• Ensure HVAC design drawings are aligned with the latest architectural and structural design drawings.

• Ensure plumbing and firefighting design drawings follow the most recent architectural and structural design plans.

• Prepare plumbing, drainage, and firefighting shop drawings.

• Develop drainage accessories' locations as per the approved tile layout drawings.

• Create toilet enlargement detail drawings.

• Ensure sprinklers, fire hose cabinets, and fire extinguisher locations are in compliance with codes.

• Prepare builders' work drawings based on approved sanitary ware.

• Design duct layouts, chilled water risers, pipes, and refrigerant pipes (size, level, and support) in accordance with project specifications.

• Prepare diffusers and grill layout drawings as per the latest false ceiling shop drawings.

• Create dimensional drawings for HVAC equipment based on approved material submittals.

• Prepare riser/schematic diagrams for all mechanical systems.

• Prepare builders' work drawings based on approved shop drawings.

• Develop equipment schedules based on approved material submittals.

• Create shop drawings for machine rooms and pump rooms.

Conditions

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Draftsman with a strong focus on HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.

• Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Qatar.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural design drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• إعداد رسومات المحلات للسباكة والصرف ومكافحة الحريق.

• تحديد مواقع ملحقات الصرف وفقًا لرسومات تخطيط البلاط المعتمدة.

• إعداد رسومات تفاصيل توسيع الحمام.

• التأكد من توافق مواقع الرشاشات وخزائن الحريق ومواقع طفايات الحريق مع الأكواد.

• إعداد رسومات أعمال البناء وفقًا للأدوات الصحية المعتمدة.

• تصميم تخطيط القنوات، وأنابيب المياه المبردة، وأنابيب التبريد (الحجم، المستوى، والدعائم) وفقًا لمواصفات المشروع.

• إعداد رسومات تخطيط الفتحات والشبكات وفقًا لأحدث رسومات السقف المعلق.

• إعداد رسومات أبعاد لمعدات HVAC وفقًا للموافقة على المواد.

• إعداد الرسومات البيانية للأجهزة مثل أنظمة riser/ schematic لجميع الأنظمة الميكانيكية.

• إعداد رسومات أعمال البناء بناءً على رسومات المحلات المعتمدة.

• إعداد جدول المعدات وفقًا للموافقة على المواد.

• إعداد رسومات المحلات لغرف الآلات وغرف المضخات.

الشروط

• خبرة مثبتة كرسام ميكانيكي مع تركيز قوي على أنظمة HVAC والسباكة والصرف ومكافحة الحريق.

• إتقان استخدام برنامج AutoCAD وبرامج الرسم الأخرى.

• معرفة بالتشريعات والمعايير المحلية في قطر.

• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير رسومات التصميم المعماري والإنشائي.

• اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية.
