Instructor/Adjuncts (Part-Time) – Fall 2025 | Aspire Zone | Doha, Qatar

We are seeking qualified Instructors/Adjuncts for various courses to be offered in Fall 2025. Instructors will play a key role in developing and delivering course content, conducting lectures, and providing mentorship to students. • Position: Instructor/Adjunct (Part-Time)

• Location: Aspire Zone, Doha, Qatar

• Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary, Contract

• Contract Length: 6 months

• Pay: QAR 150.00 - QAR 300.00 per hour

• Expected Hours: 4 – 8 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver course content based on the provided syllabus.

• Conduct engaging lectures and encourage active student participation.

• Design and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and projects to assess student performance.

• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to ensure student success.

• Incorporate various teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.

• Stay up-to-date with developments in your field.

• Adhere to university academic policies and contribute to the learning community.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in the subject area applied for or a closely related field.

• Skills: Strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.

• Technology: Familiarity with digital learning tools and online teaching platforms is a plus.

• Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• Must reside in Qatar and hold a valid Qatari ID.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إجراء محاضرات تفاعلية وتشجيع مشاركة الطلاب.

• تصميم وتقييم الواجبات، الاختبارات، والمشاريع لتقييم أداء الطلاب.

• تقديم ملاحظات بناءة وإرشاد لضمان نجاح الطلاب.

• استخدام أساليب وتقنيات تعليمية متنوعة لتعزيز تجربة التعلم.

• متابعة أحدث التطورات في مجالك الأكاديمي.

• الالتزام بسياسات الجامعة الأكاديمية والمساهمة في المجتمع التعليمي.

المؤهلات

• التعليم: ماجستير أو دكتوراه في مجال المقرر أو في مجال قريب.

• المهارات: معرفة قوية بالمادة الدراسية، مهارات تواصل ممتازة، والقدرة على خلق بيئة تعليمية مشوقة.

• التكنولوجيا: معرفة بالأدوات التعليمية الرقمية ومنصات التدريس عبر الإنترنت تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

• اللغة: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
