Details
We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Analyst to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, data analysis, and reporting, with a focus on maritime or logistics environments.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, industrial engineering, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, and IMDG are essential.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HSE roles, with significant experience in data analysis and reporting. Experience in the seaport or maritime environment is highly beneficial.

Skills & Experience

  • Deep knowledge of local, national, and international HSE regulations, including ISPS Code, MAR POL, IMDG Code, and maritime safety regulations.

  • Expertise in HSE management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate findings and reports to stakeholders.

  • Ability to collaborate with various departments, including operations, maintenance, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HSE training and education to employees.

  • Conduct drills and exercises to ensure preparedness.

  • Investigate HSE incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Prepare detailed reports on HSE performance and compliance, presenting them to MQ HSSE.
