• KPMG advisory team delivers a range of advisory services to meet the business needs of clients, including Management consulting, Cyber security services, Digital and innovation, Deal advisory, Environmental Social Governance and Enterprise Risk 
• Each new team member will be given initial training in the KPMG Way and our values and specific training to equip them for their role within each of the advisory functions and lines of business.

• These services are provided to clients predominantly in Qatar. Travel to client sites may be required. We are looking for ambitious and capable professionals that want a challenging career working in Qatar 

•  PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, C#, and SQL.
•  Database management, design and modelling.
•  C# programming for web and desktop applications.
•  SharePoint configuration, customization, and development.
•  Systems integration, ETL and process automation.
•  Microsoft PowerShell, Microsoft Office 365 add-ins.

•  Ability to lead strategy engagements from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within budgets and timelines, with limited involvement of Partners and Directors
•  Possess high analytical skills, ability to connect with CXO, senior client leaders and think strategically while leading on delivery of strategy engagements. Should have experience in working on several strategic tools, frameworks etc.
•  Adept at managing client stakeholders from the government sector; also open to work on Government timings if working on Government engagements
•  Proven abilities to undertake complex financial modeling exercise; ability to read and understand balance sheets, financial ratios etc.
•  Self-driven, strong perseverance, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to go extra mile to manage deadlines.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and design solutions.
•  Ability to conduct stakeholder workshops, presentations, and executive briefings.
•  Review and undertake forecasting, reconciliate forecasted to actuals of the allocated projects using available tools provided by KPMG and timely update Partners and Directors
•  Manage resource allocations and undertake timely review of the same
•  Willing to travel for work – to meet client, conduct studies and deliver work
•  Compulsorily follow all the risk management processes as prescribed by KPMG; demonstrate accuracy and compliance with the risk management process.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, andrequirements related to digital transformation.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes, systems, andtechnologies to identify opportunities for improvement and digitalization.
• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies and roadmaps, aligning them withthe client's business goals and industry best practices.
• Advise clients on emerging digital technologies, trends, and innovations that can driveprocess efficiency, customer engagement, and business growth.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate digitaltransformation initiatives and provide recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, and finance, toensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practicesin digital transformation methodologies.
• Support clients in their digital transformations by leveraging your management consultingexperience in digital technologies or other industries.
• Develops external network and continues to develop knowledge of industry, market trends, competitor activity and products/services.
• Contributes to the development of case studies, proposals, deliverables, or other valuable engagement knowledge. Ensures such knowledge is recorded appropriately to enable access and use by others within the firm.
• Executes deliverables to a level that meet member firm’s Quality standards within a commercial context.
• Starts to establish networks with clients and across relevant professional bodies and associations and will participate in internal and external professional activities to develop this network.
• Shares knowledge with other KPMG colleagues/teams and contributes to the development of knowledge resources.

•  Should have keen sense of investigation, problem solving and analytical thinking.
•  Starts to identify client’s problems and suggests an initial approach to problem solving.
•  Demonstrate clarity of thought, ability to grasp the big picture and communication skills in English and Arabic (bilingual fluency)
•  Should have a good eye for detail.

•  Should have experience/exposure and keen interest in market study, research, strategy development and financial modeling.
•  Should be good at data collection, analysis, development of PowerPoint slides, MS. Excel
•  Good have a good flair for numbers and ability/exposure to building financial models.
•  Support Managers/Directors in proposal development for new opportunities/tender.
•  Demonstrate good affinity for integrating technology/digital solutions as a part of deliverables.
•  Completes directed tasks and deliverables to a level that meet member firm’s Quality standards within the agreed plan, budget, and quality.
•  Starts to escalate risks and issues beyond own experience or skill set.
•  Keeps Senior team members informed of significant developments and progress on the engagement.
•  Meets firm deadlines during Performance Development cycles.
•  Completes all mandatory and regulatory training required by member firm by the due date.
