HSE Engineer Opportunity in Qatar – Immediate Start!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enforce HSE policies aligned with international standards
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections regularly
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Ensure contractor compliance with all project HSE regulations
Organize effective HSE training and awareness programs
Maintain alignment with ISO/OHSAS standards and certified HSE systems
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline
8–10 years of hands-on HSE experience in GCC Oil & Gas projects
NEBOSH certification required (IOSH or additional certifications are advantageous)
Deep knowledge of both international and local HSE regulations
Proven leadership in managing HSE across multiple project phases

إجراء تقييمات المخاطر والتدقيقات والتفتيشات الميدانية
قيادة التحقيقات في الحوادث وتطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية
مراقبة امتثال المقاولين للوائح HSE طوال مدة المشروع
تنظيم برامج تدريب وتوعية خاصة بالسلامة والصحة المهنية
ضمان التوافق مع معايير ISO/OHSAS وأنظمة إدارة HSE
الشروط
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة البيئية أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو تخصص ذي صلة
خبرة من 8 إلى 10 سنوات في مشاريع النفط والغاز ضمن دول الخليج
شهادة NEBOSH مطلوبة (شهادات IOSH أو أخرى تُعتبر ميزة إضافية)
معرفة قوية بالأنظمة المحلية والدولية الخاصة بالسلامة والصحة المهنية
القدرة المثبتة على إدارة جوانب HSE بشكل مستقل خلال مراحل المشروع المختلفة
