🏢 NOW HIRING – Grade A Company in Qatar

We are expanding our professional team and currently have the following openings:

🔹 1. Leasing Coordinator (2 Positions)

• We are seeking organized and client-focused Leasing Coordinators who will manage leasing processes, maintain tenant relationships, and coordinate property viewings. 
• Candidates must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of lease agreements, and the ability to handle tenant inquiries professionally.
•  Experience in real estate or property management is preferred.
•  Key responsibilities include preparing leasing documents, updating records, assisting with marketing vacant units, and ensuring a smooth move-in and move-out process.
•  Candidates should be detail-oriented, computer literate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 
• Bilingual communication (Arabic/English) is a plus. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is desirable.

🔹 2. Plumbers (5 Positions)

• We are hiring experienced plumbers to join our maintenance and facilities team. 
• The ideal candidate should be proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems, valves, and other plumbing fixtures. 
• Responsibilities include inspecting drainage and water systems, resolving leaks or blockages, and ensuring compliance with building codes. 
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently or in teams is essential. 
• Knowledge of tools, safety protocols, and materials used in both residential and commercial settings is required.

•  We are looking for hardworking professionals with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.

🔹 3. Heavy Driver (2 Positions)

• We are looking for responsible and skilled Heavy Drivers with a valid Qatar heavy vehicle driving license.
•  The ideal candidate should have experience operating trucks, buses, or construction vehicles, ensuring safe and timely transportation of goods or personnel. 
• Duties include routine vehicle inspection, adherence to traffic laws, and maintaining clean and well-functioning vehicles.
•  Applicants must be punctual, disciplined, and physically fit.
•  Experience with construction or industrial projects is a bonus.
•  The ability to follow routes and schedules efficiently is essential. Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.

🔹 1. منسق التأجير (وظيفتان)

• نحن نبحث عن منسقي تأجير منظمين ومركزين على العملاء لإدارة عمليات التأجير والحفاظ على علاقات المستأجرين وتنسيق مشاهدات الممتلكات. 
• يجب أن يتمتع المرشحون بمهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض ، وفهم جيد لاتفاقيات الإيجار، والقدرة على التعامل مع استفسارات المستأجرين باحترافية.
•  يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في مجال العقارات أو إدارة الممتلكات.
•  تشمل المسؤوليات الرئيسية إعداد مستندات التأجير، وتحديث السجلات، والمساعدة في تسويق الوحدات الشاغرة، وضمان عملية انتقال سلسة.
•  يجب أن يكون المرشحون مهتمين بالتفاصيل، ولديهم معرفة بالكمبيوتر، ويشعرون بالراحة في العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى. 
• التواصل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية ميزة إضافية. يُفضّل وجود خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال ذي صلة.

🔹 2. سباكين (5 وظائف)

• نحن نقوم بتعيين السباكين ذوي الخبرة للانضمام إلى فريق الصيانة والمرافق لدينا. 
• يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي متمكنًا من تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة الأنابيب والصمامات وأدوات السباكة الأخرى. 
• تشمل المسؤوليات فحص أنظمة الصرف الصحي والمياه، وحل التسريبات أو الانسدادات، وضمان الامتثال لقوانين البناء. 
• القدرة على قراءة المخططات والعمل بشكل مستقل أو في فرق أمر ضروري. 
• المعرفة بالأدوات وبروتوكولات السلامة والمواد المستخدمة في كل من البيئات السكنية والتجارية مطلوبة.

•  نحن نبحث عن محترفين مجتهدين يتمتعون بمهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والالتزام بالجودة في العمل.

🔹 3. سائق ثقيل (وظيفتان)

• نحن نبحث عن سائقين ثقيلين مسؤولين وذوي مهارة ولديهم رخصة قيادة مركبات ثقيلة سارية المفعول في قطر.
•  يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي لديه خبرة في تشغيل الشاحنات أو الحافلات أو مركبات البناء، وضمان النقل الآمن وفي الوقت المناسب للبضائع أو الأفراد. 
• تشمل الواجبات فحص المركبات بشكل روتيني، والالتزام بقوانين المرور، والحفاظ على المركبات نظيفة وعاملة بشكل جيد.
•  يجب على المتقدمين أن يكونوا ملتزمين بالمواعيد ومنضبطين ولائقين بدنيًا.
•  تعتبر الخبرة في مشاريع البناء أو الصناعة ميزة إضافية.
•  القدرة على اتباع المسارات والجداول الزمنية بكفاءة أمرٌ أساسي. تُعدّ المعرفة الأساسية باستكشاف أعطال المركبات وإصلاحها ميزةً إضافية.
