Payroll Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage monthly payroll processes for all employees (local and expat).
Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, allowances, and overtime.
Review and validate payroll data entries including new hires, terminations, and changes.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law, WPS (Wage Protection System), and relevant tax regulations.
Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursement and journal entries.
