Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tenders specific to fire protection systems and/or oil & gas equipment.
Track and follow up on leads, quotations, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Maintain up-to-date records of pricing, product specifications, and technical documentation
Order Management:
Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with supplier, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor stock levels and delivery timelines, especially for project-based or urgent requirements.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and project standards (e.g., API, ANSI, NFPA).
Engineering Documentation:
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to compile and prepare all necessary engineering documents, datasheets, drawings, certificates, compliance documents, and submittal packages for submission to the end-user or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors.
Ensure all documentation aligns with project requirements, technical standards, and approval timelines.
Track document submissions, approvals, and revisions as per project documentation requirements (e.g., vendor document register or MDR).
