مدير مبيعات – قطاع اللوجستيات

نبحث عن مدير مبيعات بدوام كامل في مقر الشركة بمدينة الدوحة، ليقود نشاطات المبيعات، ويطور وينفذ استراتيجيات المبيعات، ويبني ويحافظ على علاقات العملاء، مع تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.

المهام الوظيفية:

• قيادة نمو مبيعات WareOne في قطر

• بناء وإدارة فريق مبيعات عالي الأداء

• تحويل الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والمؤسسات الكبيرة إلى عملاء المنصة

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وخطط تواصل المبيعات

• متابعة مؤشرات الأداء، نشاطات إدارة علاقات العملاء، والتقارير

• تمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات والأحداث الصناعية

المتطلبات:

• خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في المبيعات أو تطوير الأعمال (تركيز B2B)

• خبرة في مجال اللوجستيات أو التخزين أو سلسلة التوريد

• سجل قوي في التعامل مع العملاء من الشركات الكبرى

• خبرة في قطر أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي

• يفضل من يقيم في قطر حالياً

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in the Logistics Sector at WareOne. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role is located in Doha, Qatar.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead WareOne’s sales growth in Qatar

• Build and manage a high-performance sales team

• Convert SMEs and large businesses into platform clients

• Develop and execute sales strategies and outreach plans

• Monitor KPIs, CRM activity, and reporting dashboards

• Represent WareOne at key meetings and industry events

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in sales or business development (B2B focus)

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain

• Strong track record with enterprise clients

• Experience in Qatar or GCC is a must

• Preference for candidates already residing in Qatar

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
