• Minimum of 5 years of working experience as FM Supervisor
• Have experience in operation and maintenance in buildings (commercial and residential)
• Good language ability in both spoken and written English
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
• Degree in mechanical & electrical systems (HVAC systems & applications and ELV systems)
• with Qatar Driver's License

• Planning & scheduling the quarterly / Monthly PPM Activities, notifying the property officials before a week to notify the tenants.
• Flowing up of the scheduled quarterly / Monthly Planned preventive maintenance Activities by visiting the sites on a scheduled basis to ensure the PPM is being carried out as per NFPA standard & QCDD requirements.
• Prepare and submit the PPM reports with comments and recommendations (if any) to the client after the completion of PPM Activities.
• Submitting proposals for the comments found during PPM which requires extra materials for rectification and submitting work completion reports, invoices after the completion of rectification work.
• Follow up with the procurement fir the creation of purchase order and with the suppliers for the earlier delivery of materials for the completion of rectification activities within the stipulated time.
• Providing coaching to the technicians as necessary to improve their knowledge and to enhance the quality of PPM service.
• Provides 24x7 on call responsibility for technical support and repair for AMC site problems and notifying any critical safety issues to their attention of maintenance engineering / management.
• Review the possible causes of firefighting / fire alarm incidents happened, prepare technical reports, and plan an alarm abatement strategy. Communication result to require business groups.
• Conduct awareness training to all tenants/caretaker of the property for elaborating the functionality of fire safety system in the buildings.

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience as FM Supervisor

• Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace
• Inspect, test, and maintain in accordance with NFPA/QCDD for FM200/FOAM/PRE-ACTION/VESDA systems
• Identify, document and repair deficiencies of different suppression systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, lead technicians, guide them and provide proper training to assure the quality of maintenance technicians
• Ability to write reports and communicate directly with client providing expert level communications and solutions
• Good organizational, time management and communication skills with the ability to solve site issues and take corrective actions as required
• Minimum education level of high school diploma
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in ITM of fire suppression systems
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a supervisor

• Responsible for Maintenance of Swimming Pools, Spa, Water Features/ Fountains to serve the clients in the best possible way
• Handing customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships
• Meeting with the clients whenever required and discussing the problems related to pool and resolving them quickly.
• Ensure the supervisors and cleaners maintain the quality of water by vacuuming and adding adequate amounts of chemicals and testing every day to make sure the pools are ready for use.
• Carry out PPMs and daily routine checks of critical equipment and attend corrective measures.
• Prepare service reports, PPM checklist and daily maintenance log sheets
• Handling of contracts through ORACLE ERP and invoicing time to time
• Troubleshooting, installation and repair of pool equipment including dosing system, pumps, motos, filters, electric heaters, heat pumps/heat exchangers and every related equipment
• Repair any time of pool, spa and fountain whether the problem is related to MEP or Civil.
• Prepare quotations for any kind of repair replacement and execute the work within a provided timeframe
