Al Mab Facility Management Service, based in Doha, is seeking skilled and experienced MEP Technicians to join our growing team on a freelance basis.

Location: Doha
Job Type: Temporary / Contract / Permanent
Salary: From QAR 2,800 per month
Key Responsibilities
Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to meet health and safety standards
Perform electrical maintenance (e.g., replace bulbs and sockets, clean/repair circuit panels)
Assist in setting up and repairing ventilation and refrigeration systems
Maintain heating and plumbing systems
Inspect and schedule repairs for alarm and fire protection systems
Conduct manual repairs (e.g., fix locks, replace windows)
Perform pest control and general maintenance (e.g., landscaping, carpentry, painting)
Assist with budget preparation and compliance
Requirements
Experience in MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
Multi-skilled in maintenance tasks including pest control, carpentry, and general repairs
Able to work independently and handle tasks as assigned

الراتب: ابتداءً من 2800 ريال قطري شهرياً
المهام الوظيفية
فحص المباني وصيانة الأنظمة الميكانيكية بما يتماشى مع معايير الصحة والسلامة
أعمال صيانة كهربائية مثل استبدال المصابيح والمقابس وتنظيف لوحات الكهرباء
المساعدة في تركيب وصيانة أنظمة التهوية والتبريد
الحفاظ على أنظمة التدفئة والسباكة وضمان عملها بكفاءة
فحص أنظمة الإنذار والحماية وجدولة أعمال الصيانة اللازمة
تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة اليدوية مثل إصلاح الأقفال واستبدال النوافذ
أعمال مكافحة الحشرات مثل رش المبيدات
أعمال صيانة عامة كتنسيق الحدائق، والنجارة، والدهان
المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية والالتزام بها
الشروط
خبرة في أنظمة الكهرباء والميكانيكا والسباكة
إجادة تنفيذ مهام متعددة مثل النجارة ومكافحة الحشرات والصيانة العامة
القدرة على العمل المستقل وتحمل المسؤوليات
