• Lead Application Maintenance & Support operations for hospital applications, overseeing both Level 1 and Level 2 support.
• Plan, manage, and deliver small enhancements and system changes in line with operational requirements.
• Coordinate efforts between internal infrastructure teams, a direct reporting team, and external application service providers.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at the Hospital Director level and ensure communication and updates are aligned with business priorities.
• Line and task management of a direct team of 5–6 staff.
• Oversee and manage daily operational activities involving an external application service provider team (approximately 12 staff).
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational KPIs, and continuous service improvement goals.

• Arabic Speaking
• with minimum High School Diploma
• Assoc. Degree/College Diploma (Preferably)
• with atleast 1 year experience in a medical setting
• with knowledge of Medical terminology

• The Charge Nurse is an expert clinician who demonstrates a high level of knowledge and
• expertise in a specialty as well as general nursing.
• The Charge Nurse manages complex, unpredictable patient care situations and is a nursing shift leader. Serves as a clinical and operational resource to the nursing staff. The Charge Nurse serves as the mentor on the unit with the goal of increasing nurse engagement, professional development of their staff, and safe quality care with improved outcomes.

• Provide effective and safe nursing care to assigned patients and families.
• Implement established nursing regimes and plans of care.
• Maintain clinical and technical competencies as per the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework and Scope of Practice.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission International (JCI) standards and organizational policies, including the Plan of Care Policy and other regulatory requirements.

• Consulting with patients to understand their symptoms and health concerns.
• Prescribing tests, treatments, and/or surgery, when necessary.
• Maintaining detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests and/or treatments prescribed, and test results.
• Performing tests, when needed, to check the health of patients' hearts and/or cardiovascular systems.
• Interpreting test results to determine how effectively the heart and/or cardiovascular system is functioning.
• Using medical imaging equipment, such as CT and MRI scanners, to diagnose and treat heart and/or cardiovascular conditions.
• Assisting and/or performing surgery which may include complex surgical interventions that require a team of medical professionals.
• Prescribing medication to treat heart and/or cardiovascular disease.
• Providing support and advice to patients receiving long-term care.
• Training and providing educational support to junior staff, when necessary.

• Diagnose patients' disorders related to the genitourinary organs and connected tissues
• Treat patients' disorders related to the reproductive organs, urinary tracts, bladders and kidneys
• Monitor the health of patients' disorders related to the genitourinary organs and connected tissues
• Examine patients and assess their medical condition
• Perform different medical procedures and treatments using a variety of appropriate methods
• Prescribe appropriate medications
• Administer and suggest different medical procedures to treat patients' disorders
• Be an expert for other physicians
• Refer patients to other specialists when necessary
• Adhere to healthcare laws, rules and regulations
• Supports in professional development of all medical, technical and nursing staff in his/her area of expertise.
• Participates in the various committees for the upgrading of patient care services and organization of work within and outside the hospital.
• Participates in scheduling of on-call duties and provides on-call services.
• Participates in the assessment and updating of drug, medical supply and equipment needs.
• Writes, completes and approves medical reports for patients.
• Participates in research activities.
• Performs special procedures as privileged.
• Adheres to policies, guidelines, plans and programs of the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned/directed by the Head of the department.

• Diagnose and manage complex vitreoretinal diseases, including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, and other posterior segment conditions.
• Perform advanced retinal and posterior segment surgeries with the highest standard of care.
• Interpret advanced imaging techniques such as OCT, FFA, ICG, and B-scan ultrasonography.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care.
• Mentor and supervise junior ophthalmologists, residents, and clinical staff.
• Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in academic activities, research, and continuing medical education.

• Diagnosing complex medical problems by referring to a patient’s history, examining them, and conducting neurological tests.
• Counseling patients on neurological disorders and their backgrounds.
• Ordering neurological tests and interpreting the results of neuroimaging studies.
• Prescribing and/or administering treatment and medication.
• Monitoring the behavioral and cognitive side effects of treatment and medication.
• Ordering supportive care services for patients.
• Liaising with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
• Keeping up-to-date with neurological developments, treatments, and medication.
• Performing specialized treatments such as sleep disorders, neuroimmunology, neuro-oncology, behavioral neurology, and neurogenetics.
• Performing and interpreting lumbar punctures, electroencephalography, electromyography, and nerve conduction velocity tests.
• Where you'll mainly see patients with a chronic condition, i.e. a disease that takes a long time to develop such as Parkinson's and multiple sclerosis or diagnose rare diseases
• Treat acute conditions, i.e. those that come on suddenly, such as a stroke
• Offer specialist expertise and guidance to other doctors and staff from a range of medical specialties
• Liaise with other medical and non-medical staff in hospital settings to ensure all of the patient’s needs are met
• Keep up your knowledge of the latest treatments for neurological disorders, which have increased significantly over recent years.
• Explaining procedures and discussing test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
• Monitoring patients' conditions and progress, and re-evaluating treatments, as necessary.
• Providing health and wellness advice to patients, including diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Maintaining detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests, and/or treatments prescribed, and test results.
• Referring patients to other medical specialists, when necessary.
• Providing support and advice to patients receiving long-term care.
• Preparing official health documents or records, when necessary.
• Conducting research into the testing and development of new medications, methods of treatment, or procedures to prevent or control illness, disease, etc.
• Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history.
• Conducts rounds and undertakes supervision of treatment of the inpatients as well as screening and examination of the outpatients.
• Undertakes supervisory responsibility for the medical staff within the unit and prepares regular reports on the activities of the unit for the department head/chairman.
• Participates in various committees for upgrading services and organization of work within and outside the hospital.
• Participates in the planning and implementation of the department development plans and the different manpower training programs for the medical, technical and nursing staff.
• Prescribe and interpret lab tests to obtain more information for underlying infections or abnormalities.
• Prescribe medications or drugs and provide comprehensive instructions for administration.
• Collaborate with other physicians and nurses to form a high-performing medical team.
• Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patients.
• Remain up-to-speed with developments and best practices in medicine by attending conferences and seminars.
• Comply with patient rights & responsibilities

• Usage of an electronic system for recording diagnosis.

• Evaluating patient skin conditions by screening for disease.
• Utilizing patient medical history as part of skin assessments.
• Prescribing medication for the treatment of skin conditions.
• Performing invasive and non-invasive surgical procedures on skin.
• Talking to patients about the status of their skin health.
