1. Senior Program Administrator QAT

A varied role with responsibility for Cubic Defense Doha program administration, including covering programs in Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and assisting in wider regional business as needed.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead on Cubic Defense Doha (CDD) Global Trade Compliance.
  • Ensure that CDD, all associated programs and employees are trained, fully conversant in Export Control policies, procedures, and processes and applying them correctly.
  • Conduct and track refresher training as required. 
  • Enable appropriate and compliant file keeping and file access. 
  • Act as the CDD Point of Contact to the Cubic Corporate Global Trade Compliance Team.
  • Lead on Cubic MENA Security Awareness tracking and understanding.
  • Ensure that the GM and Program Mangers are fully aware of risks associated to our people and operations in Saudia Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and United Arab Emirates. 
  • Ensure that any Cubic travel within the Cubic MENA area of interest is provided up to date security information and advice. 
  • Manage the International SOS support and the data needed to facilitate a response to an emergency. 
  • Lead on CDD HR matters.

  • Act as the CDD Point of Contact for regional and Cubic Corporate HR.

  • Lead on CDD Program Support matters:
  • Co-ordinate the logistics provision for the Qatar, Oman and Kuwait programs.

2. ACMI Technician F15 P5CTS O&M Qatar

A technical role with responsibility for the maintenance and operation of the P5 Combat Training System based in Qatar. The successful candidate will help manage and maintain the QEAF P5CTS Ops and Maintenance Program for the F-15QA.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Perform Organizational-Level (O-Level) and Intermediate-Level (I-Level) maintenance tests and replacement of the Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs) on the P5CTS pods.
  • Maintain a log containing the serial number, pod type, date, time, and remarks for all P5CTS pods checked in and out of the P5CTS pod shop.
  • Maintain a daily status/availability log on all P5CTS pods.
  • Maintain a database of servicing schedules (including due dates) and maintenance carried out.
  • Operate and maintain the P5CTS Test Set in accordance with the applicable technical documentation.
  • Perform duties of Display and Debriefing Subsystem Operator as required, which include the following:
  • Load programs for operation and test.
  • Perform subsystem test to assess operational readiness.
  • Load all pre-mission exercise data into the Data Recorder Device (DRD).
  • Maintain a control log of DRD issue to and receipt from aircrews.
  • Operate the graphics terminals during live exercises and assist with display and control operations.
  • Provide technical assistance to aircrew in setting up for replay/debriefing.
  • Maintain and store records of mission tapes.
  • Maintain a mission event log with specific, concise, and pertinent data entered under the following headings: date, time, mission/event, remarks, and operator.
  • Interface directly with the aircrew regarding mission sortie effectiveness.
  • Install, configure, and update ACMI software and mission playback equipment.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, debugging, and reporting of software issues.
  • Manage software patches and system updates to maintain operational readiness.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and other Linux-based systems.
  • Execute basic shell scripting and command-line operations for system configuration and maintenance.
  • Liaise with support personnel to ensure the SPEAR system faults and bugs are reported in a timely fashion, and any software updates installed correctly.
  • Provide the Site Lead with monthly mission data to assist with the compilation of the Monthly Report.
  • Perform additional operations duties as directed by the Site Supervisor.
  • Must understand, acknowledge and comply with the daily responsibilities for Security Classifications associated with this job, and must prove continued compliance with, responsibility for, and daily accountabilities for Classified Materials and Parts, as a primary and vital function of this position.
