Sales Representative - Temporary
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team on a Temporary basis for 2 weeks to one month. The primary responsibility will be assisting customers in completing Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions, reheating the meals and collecting feedback about their meal preferences. This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and an interest in food services or customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with reheating their meals using provided equipment (e.g., microwaves).
Ensure proper use and cleanliness of reheating stations, following food safety standards.
Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, handle cash and card payments.
Engage with customers to gather feedback about meal preferences, taste, portion sizes, and potential improvements.
Record and summarize customer feedback in a clear and organized manner for internal review.
Provide basic product or menu information when requested by customers.
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the service area.
Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
