Safety Officer

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess hazards, risks and control measures for a specific operation or process.

• Conduct ongoing review of operations and processes to identify potential hazards, risks and control measures that should be implemented to reduce these risks, including all costs involved in implementing such measures.

• Assess and document hazards, risks and controls in a manner consistent with established procedures and practices.

• Set up and supervising temporary work areas.

• Supervise the safe handling, storage & disposal of hazardous materials.

• Supervise the operation of any potential hazards in the workplace.

• Improve workplace safety and employee productivity by transitioning from manual safety procedures to digital safety management systems.

• Ensure that all company employees meet all OSHA requirements.

• Provide OSHA training if necessary.

QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop functional automation scripts for regression testing and performance testing

• Provide construction welding engineering supports

• In conjunction with the Construction QA/QC Manager, develop welding inspection strategy to ensure the welding clearance meets the project schedule needs

• Quality check on inward construction material

• Initiate and supervise independent third-party testing at project site to ensure compliance with project specifications

• Review the contract documents for each Construction stage/phase in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the SRE of any deficiency

• Prepare all necessary documents and attachments for the inspection and testing requirement

• Ensure that Project is maintaining accurate and calibrated inspection tools and equipment for consistent measurements of operation of the inspection and testing system

• Review and approval for release of weld inspection documents and reports, radiographs, ultrasonic testing records

• Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues

Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Responsibilities:

• Handle all government-related documentation and approvals (Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Labour, CID, etc.)

• Manage visa processing, labour cards, health cards, license renewals, and staff onboarding compliance

• Track, renew and establish company trade licenses, establishment cards, and facility accreditations

• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with Qatari laws and healthcare regulations

• Represent the company in all official and government-related matters

• Support external communications, public announcements, and reputation management

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communication records

• Stay updated with legal changes and administrative procedures in Qatar

Scaffolding Supervisor / Inspector

Responsibilities:

• Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities

• Conduct safety inspections and audits on scaffolding structures

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Provide technical guidance and training to scaffolders

• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities and inspections

Requirements:

• Education: Degree/HND/HNC in a relevant field

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in GCC in the same field and position

• Professional Certification: Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme (CISRS)

Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing survey reports, long-range plans, maps and other data to design new projects

• Considering budget, regulations and environmental hazards during risk-analysis stage

• Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget

• Forecasting design and construction timeline

• Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages

• Overseeing soil testing to establish soil strength and building feasibility

• Using design software to create project drawings and renderings

• Managing repair and maintenance of infrastructure projects
