Key Responsibilities
Receiving and Inspection
Receive, move, and store incoming products after clearing or local direct purchase Check and inspect all received products to ensure no damage or missing items Report shipment status and delays to the Warehouse Coordinator
Inventory Management
Sort and store products in designated areas using FIFO/FEFO methods as directed Prepare custom kits and labeling accurately Assist in monthly physical inventory counts and report discrepancies Regularly check stock expiry dates Remove and dispose of expired items per instructions Report damaged or missing items promptly
Transportation Support
Prepare products for delivery with Driver & Assistant as per Delivery Order Verify correct quantity, type, and quality of packaged products Assist Drivers and Assistant with loading and unloading to prevent damage

الاستلام والفحص
استلام، نقل، وتخزين المنتجات الواردة بعد التخليص أو الشراء المحلي المباشر فحص المنتجات المستلمة والتأكد من عدم وجود أضرار أو نقص إبلاغ منسق المستودع بحالة الشحنات وأي تأخير
إدارة المخزون
فرز وتخزين المنتجات في الأماكن المخصصة باستخدام طرق FIFO/FEFO حسب تعليمات منسق المستودع إعداد مجموعات مخصصة ووضع العلامات بدقة المساعدة في عد المخزون الشهري وإبلاغ عن الفروقات مراقبة تواريخ انتهاء صلاحية المخزون إزالة والتخلص من المنتجات المنتهية الصلاحية وفق التعليمات إبلاغ عن المنتجات التالفة أو المفقودة بسرعة
دعم النقل
تحضير المنتجات للتسليم مع السائق ومساعده وفق أمر التسليم التحقق من الكمية، النوع، وجودة المنتجات المعبأة مساعدة السائقين ومساعديهم في تحميل وتفريغ المنتجات لضمان عدم تلفها
