The Hospital Applications Support & Operations Lead will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of hospital application systems, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and stakeholder satisfaction. This role involves managing both internal teams and external service providers, focusing on high service availability, efficient issue resolution, and continuous improvement in application support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Application Maintenance & Support operations for hospital applications, overseeing both Level 1 and Level 2 support.

الخبرة المطلوبة:
خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا، منها 5 سنوات في منطقة الخليج.
التعليم:
شهادة بكاليروس في الطب والجراحة.
يُفضل الحصول على شهادة من المجلس الغربي في الأمراض الجلدية.
