As a Telephone Operator, you will be the friendly voice connecting guests and departments, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service within our hotel environment.
Job Description
Answer internal and external calls professionally and courteously.
Direct calls promptly to the right hotel departments or personnel.
Provide detailed information on hotel services, room availability, amenities, and local attractions.
Log and manage wake-up call requests accurately and on time.
Handle emergency and security calls following hotel protocols.
Take guest messages and ensure timely delivery.
Assist guests with requests or complaints over the phone, escalating when necessary.

الرد على المكالمات الداخلية والخارجية بطريقة مهنية ومهذبة.
توجيه المكالمات بسرعة إلى الأقسام أو الأشخاص المناسبين بالفندق.
تقديم معلومات دقيقة عن خدمات الفندق، توافر الغرف، المرافق، والمعالم المحلية.
تسجيل وتنفيذ طلبات التنبيه بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
التعامل مع مكالمات الطوارئ والأمن وفقًا لبروتوكولات الفندق.
تلقي رسائل الضيوف وضمان تسليمها في الوقت المناسب.
مساعدة الضيوف في الطلبات أو الشكاوى عبر الهاتف وتصعيدها عند الحاجة.
