  • Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage business, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement strategic and operational objectives to improve business performance.

  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring profitability.

  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure all operations are carried out in compliance with legal standards.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high operational efficiency.

  • Manage materials and inventory, ensuring adequate stock and efficient storage.

  • Work closely with the head chef and servers to ensure food orders are completed on time and to standard.

  • Wash and store cooking utensils at the end of the shift.

  • Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented as per the restaurant's standards.

  • Handle bulk orders and work under pressure.

  • Assist in food inventory management and ordering ingredients.

Qualifications:
