1. Storekeeper

Job Description:

  • Maintaining organized and updated Store for a business.
  • Use Store management software to upload or scan paper documents, retrieve documents
  • Scan and upload calibration certificates and collect and register all technical documents such as drawings.
  • Should be familiar Electrical Equipment & tools.
  • Should have the capabilities to complete the given target on time.

2. Electrical Operation Engineer

Job Description:

  • Serve as Operation engineer for electrical projects, ensuring execution excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor the planning, scheduling, execution, and completion of multiple electrical projects (LV/MV systems, lighting, power distribution, etc.).
  • Ensure that projects comply with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), QatarEnergy, Kahramaa, Ashghal, and other local authority regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues and align with project deliverables.
  • Monitor daily operations, manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Represent the company in project meetings, site inspections, and audits.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and practices across all sites.
  • Supervise project documentation, including method statements, inspection requests, material submittals, and handover packages.
  • Implement quality control procedures and continuous improvement strategies across all project phases.

3. Condition Monitoring Engineer

Job Description:

  • Carry out Thermography Survey as per the approved method statement.
  • Implement KM Safety Procedures, Rules & regulations, and Quality Standards at site.
  • Carry out all works in accordance with the Contract, Technical requirements.
  • Collect substation equipment nameplate details, loading data etc.
  • Prevent damage to plant & equipment of KM occasioned by Contractor’s work.
  • Supervise subordinates work.
  • Submission of final analysis reports including Asset health index after review and signature of IR Expert with including his recommendation.
  • Provide IR data in regular basis (as per Kahramaa request) to be delivered in (Excel sheet, word format, or any editable form Provided by Kahramaa) to use in Kahramaa existing asset management system solution.
  • Attend Weekly/Monthly Meetings and conduct discussion with Kahramaa for IR Abnormalities.

4. Machinist

Job Description:

  • Must have good knowledge in Machine operating and must know how to use and fix tool and equipment.
  • And should be able to read and understand drawing and calculations.
  • And mainly he must know to use Vernier caliper, micrometers (inside and outside) depth micrometers, gauges, dial indicators, and peeler gauge.
  • Especially should know both MM and Inch sizes in all type of measuring and marking equipment's.
  • Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in overhauling of diesel engines mobile air compressors, generators, and pumps, with at least five (5) years’ experience at Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Industry or similar facilities.
  • Carry out routine operational and maintenance, repair, and overhaul on various type of diesel engine driven compressors, pumps, and generators.
  • Basic - 1900 QAR 
  • Site Allowance fix: 400 QAR
  • Total= 2,300+ Food + Accommodation + Transportation by company 

5. Junior MEP Engineer

Job Description:

  • Managing multiple MEP projects
  • Ensuring there are minimal problems from the design to the delivery stage
  • Using project management software, AutoCAD and word processing programs to create MEP plans
  • Preparing cost estimates for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems
  • Overseeing the work of the project management team and ensuring adherence to the project schedule
  • Coordinating on-site work with architects, structural engineers and electrical engineers
  • Providing MEP system installation, maintenance and technical advice to service providers, supervisors and inspectors
  • Inspecting, analysing and finding solutions for engineering issues related to the MEP features
  • Reviewing and evaluating the work of contractors, consultants and other construction industry professionals
  • Reviewing contractor drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the MEP design plan
  • Making technical clarifications to resolve coordination issues and design modifications to suit specific on-site construction requirements

1.  أمين المخزن

المسمى الوظيفي:

  • الحفاظ على متجر منظم ومحدث للأعمال.
  • استخدم برنامج إدارة المتجر لتحميل المستندات الورقية أو مسحها ضوئيًا، واسترجاع المستندات
  • مسح وتحميل شهادات المعايرة وجمع وتسجيل جميع المستندات الفنية مثل الرسومات.
  • يجب أن يكون على دراية بالمعدات والأدوات الكهربائية.
  • يجب أن يكون لديه القدرة على إكمال الهدف المحدد في الوقت المحدد.

2.  مهندس تشغيل كهربائي

المسمى الوظيفي:

  • العمل كمهندس عمليات للمشاريع الكهربائية، وضمان التميز في التنفيذ ورضا العملاء.
  • مراقبة التخطيط والجدولة والتنفيذ وإكمال المشاريع الكهربائية المتعددة (أنظمة الجهد المنخفض والمتوسط، والإضاءة، وتوزيع الطاقة، وما إلى ذلك).

3.  مهندس مراقبة الحالة

المسمى الوظيفي:

  • تنفيذ المسح الحراري وفقًا لبيان الطريقة المعتمدة.
  • تنفيذ إجراءات السلامة والقواعد واللوائح ومعايير الجودة في الموقع.
  • تنفيذ كافة الأعمال طبقا للعقد والمتطلبات الفنية.
  • جمع تفاصيل لوحة اسم المعدات الفرعية وبيانات التحميل وما إلى ذلك.
  • منع الأضرار التي قد تلحق بالمعدات والآلات التابعة لشركة KM نتيجة لعمل المقاول.
  • الإشراف على عمل المرؤوسين.
  • تقديم تقارير التحليل النهائية بما في ذلك مؤشر صحة الأصول بعد المراجعة والتوقيع من قبل خبير العلاقات مع المستثمرين بما في ذلك توصيته.
  • توفير بيانات IR بشكل منتظم (حسب طلب كهرماء) ليتم تسليمها في (ورقة Excel أو تنسيق Word أو أي نموذج قابل للتعديل تقدمه كهرماء) لاستخدامها في حل نظام إدارة الأصول الحالي لكهرماء.
  • حضور الاجتماعات الأسبوعية / الشهرية وإجراء مناقشة مع كهرماء بشأن تشوهات الأشعة تحت الحمراء.

4.  ميكانيكي

المسمى الوظيفي:

  • يجب أن يكون لديك معرفة جيدة في تشغيل الآلات ويجب أن تعرف كيفية استخدام وإصلاح الأدوات والمعدات.
  • ويجب أن يكون قادرًا على قراءة وفهم الرسم والحسابات.
  • ويجب عليه بشكل أساسي أن يعرف كيفية استخدام الفرجار الفيرنييه، والميكرومتر (الداخلي والخارجي)، وميكرومتر العمق، والمقاييس، ومؤشرات الاتصال، ومقياس التقشير.

  • تنفيذ عمليات التشغيل والصيانة الروتينية والإصلاح والفحص الشامل على أنواع مختلفة من ضواغط محركات الديزل والمضخات والمولدات.
  • أساسي - 1900 ريال قطري 
  • بدل الموقع الثابت: 400 ريال قطري
  • الإجمالي = 2,300+ طعام + سكن + مواصلات حسب الشركة 

5.  مهندس مبتدئ في مجال الميكانيكا الكهربائية والميكانيكية

المسمى الوظيفي:

  • إدارة مشاريع MEP المتعددة
  • ضمان وجود الحد الأدنى من المشاكل من مرحلة التصميم إلى مرحلة التسليم
  • استخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع، وبرامج AutoCAD ومعالجة النصوص لإنشاء مخططات MEP
  • إعداد تقديرات التكلفة لأنظمة الكهرباء والسباكة وتكييف الهواء والتدفئة والتهوية
  • الإشراف على عمل فريق إدارة المشروع والتأكد من الالتزام بالجدول الزمني للمشروع
  • تنسيق العمل في الموقع مع المهندسين المعماريين ومهندسي الإنشاءات ومهندسي الكهرباء
  • توفير تركيب نظام MEP والصيانة والمشورة الفنية لمقدمي الخدمة والمشرفين والمفتشين
  • فحص وتحليل وإيجاد حلول للقضايا الهندسية المتعلقة بميزات MEP
  • مراجعة وتقييم أعمال المقاولين والاستشاريين وغيرهم من المتخصصين في صناعة البناء
  • مراجعة رسومات المقاول وبيانات طريقة التثبيت للتأكد من امتثالها لخطة تصميم MEP
  • تقديم التوضيحات الفنية لحل مشكلات التنسيق وتعديلات التصميم لتناسب متطلبات البناء المحددة في الموقع
  • مراقبة وصيانة سياسات الصحة والسلامة في الموقع وشرح ضرورة الامتثال لها للطاقم
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش خارج الموقع لمعدات ومواد الميكانيكا الكهربائية والميكانيكية لضمان الامتثال للوائح وملاءمة المشروع
