Qonnect is a fast-growing company focused on boosting its social media presence through creative and engaging content. We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Freelance Video Editor to help elevate our Instagram Reels and Stories content.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing engaging Instagram Reels and Stories aligned with our brand identity and aimed at attracting our target audience. The role focuses solely on short-form video editing with optional posting, no graphic design or social media strategy required.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce 15-20 Instagram Reels and Stories per month.

• Transform raw footage into eye-catching, trendy, mobile-optimized videos.

• Add subtitles, transitions, audio, and effects suitable for Instagram formats.

• Maintain brand consistency and style.

• Collaborate closely with the team for content briefing and delivery.

• Optional: occasionally post approved videos on Instagram (not mandatory).

Requirements

• Proven experience editing Instagram Reels and Stories (portfolio required).

• Strong skills with mobile-first video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, VN, or similar.

• Knowledge of current trends in Instagram Reels and Stories formats.

• Ability to deliver content quickly and meet deadlines.

• Based in Qatar or GCC region (preferred).

• Ability to work onsite occasionally (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary and Engagement

• Fixed monthly salary of 800 QAR.

• Flexible freelance arrangement — work remotely or from our office in Qatar.

الوصف الوظيفي

كمحرر فيديو لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ستكون مسؤولًا عن تحرير وإنتاج فيديوهات ريلز وستوريز على إنستغرام تتماشى مع هوية العلامة التجارية وتجذب الجمهور المستهدف. العمل يركز على تحرير الفيديوهات القصيرة مع إمكانية النشر العرضي (اختياري)، ولا يتطلب مهام تصميم جرافيكي أو إدارة استراتيجية التواصل الاجتماعي.

المسؤوليات

• تحرير وإنتاج ما بين 15 إلى 20 فيديو ريلز وستوريز شهريًا.

• تحويل المواد الخام إلى فيديوهات جذابة وعصرية ومهيأة للعرض على الهواتف المحمولة.

• إضافة ترجمة، انتقالات، مؤثرات صوتية وبصرية مناسبة لصيغ ريلز وستوريز.

• المحافظة على التناسق مع إرشادات وهوية العلامة التجارية.

• التعاون مع الفريق من أجل استلام وتقديم المحتوى.

• النشر المباشر للفيديوهات المعتمدة على حساب إنستغرام (اختياري وليس إلزاميًا).

المتطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة في تحرير فيديوهات ريلز وستوريز على إنستغرام (مطلوب تقديم محفظة أعمال).

• مهارات قوية في أدوات تحرير الفيديو المخصصة للهواتف مثل CapCut، InShot، Adobe Premiere Rush، VN أو ما شابه.

• معرفة باتجاهات محتوى إنستغرام الحالية لريلز وستوريز.

• القدرة على تسليم المحتوى بسرعة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

• الإقامة في قطر أو منطقة دول الخليج (مفضل).

• القدرة على العمل في المكتب أحيانًا (مفضل لكن غير إلزامي).

• راتب ثابت 800 ريال قطري شهريًا.

• عقد عمل حر ومرن — إمكانية العمل عن بُعد أو من مكتبنا في قطر.

• عبء عمل منتظم ومستمر.
