Available Positions and Descriptions:

Cheese Merchandise Manager

• As the Cheese Merchandise Manager, you will oversee the cheese section, ensuring a wide variety of cheeses are available, properly displayed, and fresh. Your responsibilities include managing stock levels, creating promotional displays, and ensuring high-quality standards. You will work closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring that the cheese section aligns with store objectives.

• In this role, you will manage the bakery department, ensuring that fresh baked goods are displayed attractively and stocked efficiently. You will oversee inventory management, collaborate with suppliers for timely deliveries, and maintain high standards of hygiene and product quality. You will also supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service in the bakery section.

Fresh-Food Merchandise Manager

• As the Fresh-Food Merchandise Manager, you will ensure the fresh produce section is always well-stocked, fresh, and neatly displayed. You will manage inventory, track stock levels, and ensure quality control of fruits, vegetables, and other fresh items. You will collaborate with suppliers and create promotions to boost sales while delivering excellent customer experiences.

• As the head of the fresh-food department, you will oversee all operations, including managing staff, handling inventory, and maintaining the overall quality of the fresh produce section. Your role includes budgeting, developing promotions, and implementing sales strategies to meet department targets. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

FMG Department Head

• The FMG Department Head is responsible for managing the fast-moving goods section, ensuring product availability and proper stock management. You will work with suppliers to ensure timely stock deliveries and oversee merchandising strategies. Your role also involves analyzing sales trends and motivating the team to achieve high sales targets.

• As the Grocery Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within the grocery department, ensuring smooth processes and efficient stock management. You will monitor inventory levels, manage staff, and ensure that the department is well-organized and compliant with store procedures. You will also play a key role in customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Barista

• As a Barista, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers. You will maintain a clean and organized coffee station, ensure the proper stock of coffee beans and other supplies, and deliver excellent customer service. Your role will also include assisting customers in choosing the right beverage and maintaining the store’s standards for quality and cleanliness.

• The Cashier will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions and handling payments, including cash, credit, and digital payments. You will provide receipts, assist customers with inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area. This role requires excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills.

Stocker

• As a Stocker, you will ensure that products are stocked on shelves in a timely and organized manner. You will assist in unloading deliveries, checking stock for damage, and ensuring proper rotation of products. This role requires attention to detail and physical stamina, as you will be moving and organizing stock throughout the store.

• The Commis Chef will assist in preparing meals and maintaining kitchen standards. Your role includes assisting with the preparation of ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all food meets high-quality standards and is prepared in a safe, clean environment.

Sous Chef

• As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations. Your responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety. You will work closely with the team, assist with menu planning, and ensure that the kitchen runs efficiently while delivering high-quality dishes.

• As a Trolley Assistant, you will assist customers with loading and unloading their groceries into their trolleys. You will ensure that trolleys are clean and well-maintained. Your role also involves assisting customers in navigating the store, providing support, and ensuring that the shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Butcher

• The Butcher will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats according to customer preferences. You will ensure all products are stored, displayed, and handled in compliance with food safety regulations. You will also assist customers with their meat selections and provide excellent service.

• As a Fishmonger, you will be responsible for displaying, cutting, and preparing fish and seafood for customers. You will maintain proper storage and ensure the highest quality standards are followed. Customer service is key, as you will assist customers in choosing seafood and provide guidance on preparation.

4. رئيس قسم الأغذية الطازجة. بصفتك

5. رئيس قسم FMG

6. مشرف بقالة
   : بصفتك مشرف بقالة، ستشرف على العمليات اليومية في قسم البقالة، وتضمن سلاسة العمليات وإدارة المخزون بكفاءة. ستراقب مستويات المخزون، وتدير الموظفين، وتضمن تنظيم القسم وامتثاله لإجراءات المتجر. كما ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في خدمة العملاء وضمان تجربة تسوق ممتعة.

7. باريستا

11. مساعد طاهٍ

    بصفتك مساعد طاهٍ، ستساعد رئيس الطهاة في إدارة عمليات المطبخ. تشمل مسؤولياتك الإشراف على تحضير الطعام، والحفاظ على النظافة، وضمان سلامة الطعام. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع الفريق، وتساعد في تخطيط قوائم الطعام، وتضمن سير العمل في المطبخ بكفاءة مع تقديم أطباق عالية الجودة.

12. مساعد عربة التسوق
    : بصفتك مساعد عربة تسوق، ستساعد العملاء في تحميل وتفريغ مشترياتهم في عرباتهم. ستضمن نظافة العربات وصيانتها. يشمل دورك أيضًا مساعدة العملاء في التنقل في المتجر، وتقديم الدعم اللازم، وضمان تجربة تسوق سلسة وممتعة.

13. جزار

    سيكون الجزار مسؤولاً عن تحضير وتقطيع اللحوم حسب تفضيلات العملاء. ستضمن تخزين جميع المنتجات وعرضها وتداولها وفقًا للوائح سلامة الغذاء. كما ستساعد العملاء في اختيار اللحوم التي يفضلونها، وتقدم لهم خدمة ممتازة.

14. بصفتك بائع أسماك
    ، ستكون مسؤولاً عن عرض وتقطيع وتحضير الأسماك والمأكولات البحرية للزبائن. ستحافظ على التخزين السليم وتضمن اتباع أعلى معايير الجودة. خدمة العملاء أساسية، حيث ستساعد الزبائن في اختيار المأكولات البحرية وتقدم لهم إرشادات حول التحضير.

15. إدخال البيانات
