We are hiring a Front Desk & Facility Coordinator for our center in Qatar. This role combines front desk responsibilities with active support in organizing and setting up the facility. The ideal candidate will greet and assist clients while ensuring all activity areas are clean, prepared, and ready throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients at the front desk
Answer calls, manage bookings, and maintain schedules
Set up and organize equipment, workout zones, or event spaces as needed Keep all areas clean, safe, and well-prepared for daily use
Support the team in daily facility operations and logistics
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
Requirements:
Experience in reception or customer service roles
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on setup and movement
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
Must have a valid QID and NOC
