TRAGS ENGINEERING was established in 1974 and forms a part of ENSRV group which is the energy and engineering arm of J&A Jaidah Holdings.
The business was formed to meet the demand for high quality building services engineering, construction andfacility management. TRAGS is now recognized as the leading MEP, Energy Center/District Cooling and Facility Management contractor in Qatar.
TRAGS are First Grade Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Contractor with authority to execute electrical installations of unlimited kilowatts. We also hold First Grade Civil Defence Certification for the Fire Protection Systems.

The head offices occupy 1200 sq. meters in the Jaidah Tower Office block. The company also operates approximately 1700 sq. meters of enclosed stores and 850 sq. meters of computerized duct manufacturing and mechanical workshop facilities at the Salwa Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Doha.
As for the human capital, the company employs an average workforce of 2000 permanent personnel including engineering and support staffs numbering in excess of 200 with capability of sourcing any number of workforce on short notice as per requirements.

1. Demi Chef de Partie

Job Description:

  • Respect and follow the food recipes, method of cooking and presentation.
  • Organizing the opening and closing of the workstation
  • Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work
  • Work according to the menu specifications
  • Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the restaurant
  • Control food stock and food cost
  • Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks

  • Yearly 30 days paid leave with return ticket.
  • Locally available in Qatar with NOC.

1.  نصف رئيس الطهاة

المسمى الوظيفي:

  • احترم واتبع وصفات الطعام وطريقة الطبخ والتقديم.
  • تنظيم فتح وإغلاق محطة العمل
  • دعم رئيس الطهاة أو مساعده في العمل والعمل اليومي
  • العمل وفقا لمواصفات القائمة

  • مطلوب خبرة في أعمال مشاريع MEP
  • وظيفة في مكتب الموقع (الدوحة)
  • إجازة سنوية مدفوعة الأجر لمدة 30 يومًا مع تذكرة عودة.
  • متوفر محليًا في قطر مع NOC.
  • سيتم إعطاء الأفضلية لمن يستطيع الانضمام على الفور.
  • أنواع الوظائف: دوام كامل، عقد
  • مدة العقد: 24 شهرًا

3.  مشرف الموارد البشرية - التوظيف

المسمى الوظيفي:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في أي تخصص
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قطر، وخاصة في مجال التوظيف وتخطيط القوى العاملة وتخصيصها ضمن قطاعي البناء والنفط والغاز
  • يتم تفضيل المرشحين المتاحين محليًا والذين يمكنهم الانضمام في غضون مهلة قصيرة
