1. MEP Site Supervisor – Bahrain Location

Job Title: MEP Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
Era Projects is looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Site Supervisor to manage and oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for villa and high-rise building projects in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site activities of MEP teams to ensure efficient execution of all systems.

• Ensure all MEP installations comply with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.

• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to integrate MEP works seamlessly.

• Monitor progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality and adherence to schedule.

• Provide technical guidance to contractors and site teams.

• Ensure all work complies with company safety procedures.

• Review technical documents including drawings, specs, and schedules.

• Manage testing, commissioning, and system handover processes.

• Keep daily records of workforce and materials.

• Assist in material and equipment procurement.

• Participate in site meetings for coordination and issue resolution.

• Support troubleshooting and maintenance post-installation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of MEP supervision experience on large-scale projects (villas, high-rise).

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

• Familiar with local codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, or equivalent project tools.

2. MEP Engineer – Building Construction

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to design, coordinate, and inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various building construction projects including villas, commercial buildings, and high-rises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design MEP systems.

• Perform load calculations and determine equipment sizing for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Select equipment and materials based on project specs and energy efficiency.

• Prepare detailed CAD/Revit drawings and technical documentation.

• Coordinate MEP installations with other systems to prevent conflicts.

• Review subcontractor shop drawings and ensure compliance with specs.

• Inspect construction works to ensure MEP installation quality.

• Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.

• Provide technical support to site teams.

• Stay updated on MEP technology and sustainable practices.

• Contribute to company standards for MEP engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Strong knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

• 5–7 years of experience in villas, commercial, or high-rise projects.

• Age between 30–35.

• Valid driving license preferred.
