1. Working Capital Specialist - Qata

Our Working Capital Management team in the MENA region plays a critical role in supporting exceptional client service while safeguarding the firm’s liquidity and financial strength. As part of a newly established, high-performing team, you will focus on improving the firm’s cash collection performance by engaging directly with clients and internal teams to resolve overdue accounts and ensure timely payments.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and work proactively to follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Collaborate with client-side invoice approvers and accounts payable teams to ensure timely processing of payments
  • Track payment arrangements and escalate any delays or non-compliance internally and externally
  • Identify and address the root causes of payment delays, including internal process inefficiencies and client-side approval bottlenecks
  • Log and follow up on invoice disputes, supporting resolution efforts and providing feedback for long-term process improvements
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of client billing and payment workflows to support alignment and transparency
  • Track invoice delivery, generate client statements and payment requests, and assist with allocation and reconciliation of payments in coordination with Finance and client engagement teams
  • Support continuous improvement of collection processes and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing working capital outcomes across the business

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Accountancy, Business, Risk Management, Information Management Systems, Industrial engineering, or other related discipline
  • Senior Manager: A minimum of 8 years of experience working in a leading position as Risk/Compliance consultant or an internal auditor for Consulting services firm, or within industry
  • Director: A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a leading position as Risk/Compliance consultant or an internal auditor for Consulting services firm, or within industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint

3. Assistant Manager - Risk Consulting - Digital Risk

The majority of your time will be spent delivering Digital Risk engagements. You’ll participate in client delivery with support from senior team members, and contribute to proposals, presentations, and go-to-market initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and executing OT risk assessments, control design, and gap analysis
  • Delivering maturity assessments and developing OT risk remediation strategies
  • Evaluating digital risks to SCADA, DCS, Smart Grids, DMS, and ECS system architecture
  • Helping clients define and implement OT risk governance frameworks aligned with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and industry best practices.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks linked to convergence between IT, OT, and IoT systems.
  • Supporting clients in designing OT risk dashboards, metrics, and reporting for governance committees
  • Ensuring high-quality and timely delivery across your assigned workstreams.

To qualify for the role, you must have.

  • 5+ years of experience in OT/ICS environments and/or industrial digital risk, preferably within Oil & Gas, Power, Utilities, or Transportation
  • Solid understanding of OT/ICS security, controls, and architecture
  • Knowledge of products and technologies from Honeywell, GE, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, etc.
  • Familiarity with ICS protocols and plant environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI)
  • Understanding of OT-related risk domains: safety, process integrity, downtime risk, regulatory exposure
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing OT controls (e.g., segmentation, firewalls, remote access protection)
  • Exposure to OT/IIoT risk regulations and frameworks: ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, ISO 27019, NERC-CIP
  • Awareness of digital risk issues related to operational disruptions, third-party risks, and legacy system exposure.
  • Technical certifications (GICSP, ISA99/IEC 62443, ISO 27001, or equivalent)
  • Arabic and English fluency (written and spoken)

ستُخصّص معظم وقتك لتقديم خدمات إدارة المخاطر الرقمية. ستشارك في تقديم الخدمات للعملاء بدعم من كبار أعضاء الفريق، وستساهم في المقترحات والعروض التقديمية ومبادرات طرح المنتجات في السوق.

ستكون مسؤولاً عن:

  • دعم وتنفيذ تقييمات مخاطر التشغيل وتصميم الضوابط وتحليل الفجوات
  • تقديم تقييمات النضج وتطوير استراتيجيات معالجة مخاطر التكنولوجيا التشغيلية
  • تقييم المخاطر الرقمية على أنظمة SCADA وDCS والشبكات الذكية وDMS وECS
  • مساعدة العملاء في تحديد وتنفيذ أطر حوكمة مخاطر تكنولوجيا التشغيل بما يتماشى مع ISA/IEC 62443 وNIST 800-82 وأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة.
  • تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر المرتبطة بالتقارب بين أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتكنولوجيا التشغيل وإنترنت الأشياء.
  • دعم العملاء في تصميم لوحات معلومات مخاطر التكنولوجيا التشغيلية والمقاييس وإعداد التقارير للجان الحوكمة
  • ضمان التسليم عالي الجودة وفي الوقت المناسب عبر مجالات العمل المخصصة لك.
