1. Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably with a focus on Middle East projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of local regulations and authority requirements.
  • Familiarity with electrical load calculations, power distribution, voltage drop analysis, and cable sizing.
  • Proficient in using electrical engineering software tools for analysis and design.
  • Strong understanding of lighting systems, small power distribution, cable routing, earthing, and lightning protection.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required.
  • Deals with less routine technical or operational problems with limited supervision and may solve moderately difficult problems that are not immediately evident and require some guidance from a more senior team member. 2. Architect

Job Description:

  • Assist with leading and contributing to the design process from conceptual phase through to the construction documentation and ensuring the design idea is consistent and accurately executed.
  • Prepare, and develop where required, drawings, models, images, and other documents relating to the design.
  • Review and validation of design deliverables for projects of medium to high complexity with clients and authorities, capturing feedback and acquiring approvals, as needed.
  • Collaborate closely, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organizations or companies.
  • Technically competent in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Sketches, Adobe Suite and Rhino.
  • Proactively checks and coordinates project documents (including but not limited to multi-disciplinary drawings, design reports, technical specifications, etc.) and ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards.
  • Preparation of discipline drawings for submission to the Statutory Authorities. Developed knowledge of local & international codes, regulations and submission requirements.
  • Implementing SID “Safety in Design” principals throughout the design process and ensuring ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Structure throughout projects.

3. Structural Design Engineer

Job Description:

  • Proven core Structural Engineering skills and design experience
  • Good understanding of structural mechanics
  • Familiar with international design codes, BS/EN and American codes
  • Thorough knowledge of Finite Element Analysis – a frequent user of structural software ETABS and SAFE
  • Experienced in design documentation for various stages, concept design through to IFC
  • A proven record of delivering medium-to-large building projects
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team with enthusiasm to learn new skills
  • Experience in interdisciplinary coordination
  • Strong communication skills including written and spoken English skills
  • Middle East experience is preferrable

4. Project Manager- Design Management

Responsibilities

  • You will be a forward-thinking individual ready to change the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the team on how we can manage and deliver our projects.
  • Design management of the engineering/Architecture disciplines for deliverables, coordination, and quality controls
  • Coordinate as a Design manager, all design matters relating to a project, to ensure that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together smoothly and that deliver on time, quality and within budget.
  • Reviewing and advising on design technical matters, ensuring they meet regulatory, legislative requirements, the client’s brief and GHD standards.
  • Chairing design meetings, writing reports and giving presentations within the design team and with Clients.
  • Participate in design meetings and provide continual input to optimize design and deliver high quality standard submission.
  • Assist in developing Design Delivery Schedule along with clients, team leads and sub-consultants.
  • Develop comprehensive scope-of-work and contract document deliverables list for each related discipline in coordination with team leads.

  • Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
