1. Sales Manager - Immediate Joiner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management within Engineering, Electromechanical Trading, or Oil & Gas industries.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical/technical products.
  • Excellent understanding of the Qatar market and GCC business landscape.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and analytical sales reporting.

Requirements

  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in rotating equipment maintenance, preferably in oil & gas or heavy industry.
  • Strong technical understanding and mechanical diagnostics.
  • Familiar with safety practices and mechanical tools used in workshops and field settings.

4. MEP Estimation Engineer

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in MEP estimation
  • Experience in manpower planning and site coordination
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Valid QID with NOC

1.  مدير المبيعات - الانضمام الفوري

متطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
  • - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المبيعات في الصناعات الهندسية أو التجارية الكهروميكانيكية أو النفط والغاز.
  • معرفة قوية بالمنتجات الميكانيكية / التقنية.
  • فهم ممتاز لسوق قطر ومشهد الأعمال في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
  • أثبت قدرته على القيادة وتحقيق أهداف مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والإيرادات.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التفاوض والتواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • القدرة على التعامل مع مشاريع متعددة في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
  • الكفاءة في أدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء وإعداد التقارير التحليلية للمبيعات.

2.  محاسب

متطلبات

  • بكالوريوس في المحاسبة / المالية
  • - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة
  • يفضل أن يكون متمكنًا من استخدام Tally أو SAP أو Oracle
  • مهارات قوية في استخدام برنامج Excel والتحليل
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم
  • معرفة عمليات الشراء والتمويل

3.  فني المعدات الدوارة

متطلبات

  • معهد التدريب الصناعي/دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادله.
  • - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة المعدات الدوارة، ويفضل في مجال النفط والغاز أو الصناعات الثقيلة.
  • فهم تقني قوي والتشخيص الميكانيكي.
  • معرفة بممارسات السلامة والأدوات الميكانيكية المستخدمة في ورش العمل والإعدادات الميدانية.

4.  مهندس تقدير تكاليف أعمال الميكانيكا والسباكة والكهرباء والسباكة

متطلبات

  • 4-5 سنوات من الخبرة في تقدير MEP
  • خبرة في تخطيط القوى العاملة وتنسيق الموقع
  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية
  • بطاقة هوية قطرية صالحة مع رقم هوية الممانعة
