Job Description
We are hiring a Document Cell Senior Lead to manage all aspects of Continuing Airworthiness Records. Reporting to the Forward Maintenance Manager, this position ensures document compliance, technical data integrity, and team leadership in a regulated aviation environment.
Core Responsibilities

Oversee development and quality of airworthiness records and indicators

Manage input of aircraft technical data into record systems

Lead reconciliation activities and coordinate with key departments

Monitor and improve team performance and compliance with regulations

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum HNC or Part 66 Category C qualified
