Job Description
The Wellbore Cleanout Supervisor is responsible for managing all workshop operations related to liner systems and associated tools. This includes supervising the workshop team, ensuring compliance with Weatherford’s safety and quality standards, and supporting training and technical development.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring adherence to HSE and quality standards

Mentor and guide workshop technicians and personnel

Assemble and maintain liner hanger systems, WBC, and downhole tools

Coordinate repair and calibration schedules for equipment
2. Project Engineer – Completions

Job Description
The Project Engineer provides technical expertise for planning, designing, and executing completions for gas production wells (≥7” diameter). The role supports both pre-job planning and live operations, focusing on tool design, deployment techniques, QA/QC, and compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver advanced technical support for planning and executing large-diameter completions

Support tool deployment via slickline, braided line, coiled tubing, and conventional methods

Monitor daily operations and provide troubleshooting

Develop complete operational procedures for all completion activities

Perform simulations and modeling (torque & drag, hydraulics, tubing movement, etc.)

الوصف الوظيفي
مهندس المشروع مسؤول عن تقديم الخبرة التقنية في التخطيط، التصميم، والتنفيذ التشغيلي لعمليات إكمال الآبار الغازية ذات القطر الكبير (7 بوصات فأكثر). يشمل الدور دعم مراحل ما قبل التشغيل وأثناء التنفيذ، مع التركيز على تصميم الأدوات، طرق النشر، ضمان الجودة، والامتثال للمعايير.
المسؤوليات

توفير دعم تقني متقدم لتخطيط وتصميم وتنفيذ عمليات الإكمال

دعم نشر أدوات الإكمال باستخدام سلك ناعم، سلك مجدول، أنابيب ملتفة، أو وسائل تقليدية

متابعة العمليات اليومية وتقديم الدعم الفني عند الحاجة

إعداد إجراءات تشغيلية كاملة لجميع عمليات الإكمال

تنفيذ عمليات المحاكاة مثل تحليل العزم والسحب، الهيدروليكا، وحركة الأنابيب
