MEP Supervisor

Technical Team Supervisor – Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily activities of the technical team.

  • Ensure optimal usage of manpower and resources.

  • Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment.

  • Respond promptly to all reactive maintenance requests within agreed service levels.

  • Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are performed on schedule and report additional work needed.

  • Conduct random site inspections to monitor work standards and schedules.
