  1. Shape Operational Success – Hiring an Integrated Planner Now

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Integrated Operations Planner (IOP) to lead the development and execution of the company’s 1-Year Operational Plan. This strategic role will coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders, identify planning gaps, and drive continuous improvement in operations alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, review, and validation of the annual operational plan

  • Conduct gap analysis against the Annual Work Program and Budget (AWPB)

  • Facilitate conflict resolution and activity optimization

  • Coordinate with Finance and Forecast teams to ensure plan accuracy

  • Support arbitration and decision-making with data-driven scenarios

  • Develop monthly rolling plans and 4-Month Lookahead with Execution Planners

  • Prepare clear visual plans for senior leadership

  • Continuously improve IOP procedures in collaboration with the Head of IOP

  • Design KPI dashboards and performance reports in coordination with operations and finance

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Business Administration

الوصف الوظيفي
تبحث شركتنا عن مخطط عمليات متكاملة (IOP) متمرس لتطوير وتنفيذ خطة تشغيلية سنوية فعّالة، وذلك من خلال التنسيق مع مختلف الأقسام وتحليل الفجوات وتحسين أداء العمليات بشكل مستمر.

المهام الوظيفية

  • قيادة تصميم ومراجعة واعتماد الخطة التشغيلية السنوية

  • إجراء تحليلات الفجوات مقابل برنامج العمل والميزانية السنوية

  • تسهيل تسوية التعارضات وتحسين الأنشطة المشتركة

  • التنسيق مع فرق المالية والتوقعات لضمان دقة الخطة

  • دعم عمليات التحكيم عبر تقديم سيناريوهات مدروسة

  • إعداد خطط شهرية وخطط الأربع أشهر بالتعاون مع فريق التنفيذ

  1. Manage Complex Commissioning Operations – Join Our Energy Project

Job Description
We are seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead the pre-commissioning and commissioning phases of the DBN PWM project. This role requires strong leadership to ensure alignment between engineering, construction, and operations during both onshore and offshore phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commissioning team during planning, mobilization, and execution

  • Develop and validate all commissioning documentation

  • Ensure EPCIC contractor compliance with specifications and interfaces

  • Align logistics, vendors, and resources for seamless execution

  • Oversee punch list clearance, handover, and ICAPS database tracking

  • Coordinate with construction and field operations to ensure system readiness

  • Support project start-up and ensure quality of commissioning deliverables

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or related Engineering discipline

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in upstream oil & gas, including commissioning

  • Familiarity with EPCIC process, ICAPS software, and OPERCOM methodology

  • Offshore oil & gas experience is preferred

  1. Make an Impact in Oil & Gas – Apply for Drilling Engineer (Deepwater)

Job Purpose & Accountabilities

This role is responsible for planning, preparing, and executing drilling and workover operations for Deepwater projects. You will deliver well engineering design, programs, and operational support in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring risks are assessed and operations remain safe and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

  • Identify and document drilling risks

  • Ensure inclusion of lifting color codes and safety protocols

  • Prepare exemption dossiers and perform risk assessments

  • Promote safety across all worksites

2. Drilling Operations Preparation & Monitoring:

  • Collaborate with geoscience on well design, casing, and cost estimates

  • Optimize trajectories to prevent collisions

  • Prepare programs, lead DWOP sessions, and pre-spud meetings

  • Track daily progress, budgets, and manage non-routine operations

  • Present progress to leadership, partners, and regulators

  • Work with contractors to enhance performance

  • Visit rigs to participate in meetings, audits, and quality reviews

  • Finalize well reports with integrated lessons learned

  • Conduct technical studies and evaluate contracts

3. Additional Duties:

  • Evaluate opportunities to enhance production

  • Contribute to project select phases (re-drills, workovers)

  • Serve as focal point for specific contracts

  • Lead engineering for new wells and optimization studies

  • Mentor junior engineers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)

  • 8–10 years of experience in drilling, including 2 years on rig sites

  • إعداد تقارير الآبار النهائية ودمج الدروس المستفادة

  • إجراء الدراسات الفنية وتقييم العقود

3. مسؤوليات إضافية:

  • تقديم الدعم لتقييم فرص زيادة الإنتاج

  • المشاركة في مراحل اختيار المشاريع

  • العمل كنقطة اتصال لعقود محددة

المتطلبات:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (ويُفضل الماجستير)
