Operator
looking for experienced and skilled Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various machines used in petrochemical manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate assigned machines in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor machine performance and production output; make adjustments as needed.
Conduct routine inspections and minor maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency.
Follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards strictly.
Maintain accurate production logs and shift reports.
Assist with troubleshooting and report equipment faults to maintenance teams.
Coordinate with other operators and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering.
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as a Machine Operator in a petrochemical, oil & gas, or industrial plant.
Experience operating filling lines, packaging, extrusion, blending, or molding machinery is preferred.
Good understanding of process safety and mechanical systems.
Ability to work rotational shifts (day/night).
Qatar-based candidates with transferable visa/NOC are preferred.
