As the AI Solution Architect Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the AI architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts to create sustainable, adaptable AI systems that meet both technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the overall AI architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals. Provide technical leadership and blueprints to AI teams across HQ and OpCos.
- Solution Development: Design end-to-end AI solutions that integrate data processing, machine learning, and AI models into the existing infrastructure. Ensure alignment with technical and business needs.
- Technology Evaluation: Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and tools, evaluating and recommending new platforms to improve AI performance and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts to integrate AI models into business processes, considering both local (OpCo) and global (HQ) needs.
- Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to AI Engineers and Data Engineers, ensuring best practices in AI model design, deployment, and scalability.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI systems with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing platforms) ensuring smooth implementation.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure AI solutions meet security and compliance requirements, including data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical AI guidelines.
