• Senior Facility Manager:- 7 years experience in Operation & Maintenance, UPDA is MUST.
• Engineers :- 5 years and above experience in Operation & Maintenance, UPDA is MUST.
• HVAC Technicians :- 5 years and above experience in Operation & Maintenance (Chillers)with relevant educational documents (I.T.I / Diploma).
• Mechanical Technician:- 5 years and above experience in Operation & Maintenance with relevant educational documents (I.T.I / Diploma).

• Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 05 years in maintenance work within the O&G / Petrochemical plant / Industrial.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in generator maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot faults and perform preventive maintenance.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification preferred.

• 3–5 years of proven carpentry experience in construction/maintenance.
• Skilled in wood cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings or blueprints.
• Diploma/ITI certification in carpentry or equivalent trade.

• Minimum 3–5 years of practical masonry work experience.
• Skilled in bricklaying, plastering, tiling, and finishing.
• Ability to work with different materials like cement, stone, and tiles.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and site practices.

• 3–5 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Skilled in monitoring, troubleshooting, and operating BMS software.
• Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and fire alarm integration systems.
• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Control Systems preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in fire alarm and firefighting systems.
• Skilled in installation, testing, and maintenance of systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and local fire codes.
• Technical diploma/certification in fire systems required.

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical motor rewinding and repair.
• Skilled in dismantling, rewinding, assembling, and testing motors.
• Ability to work on various motor types and capacities.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related trade is preferred.
