• BSC Civil Engineer, with total experience of at least 15 years,
• 7+ years in Engineering Consultancy, with valid Qatar ID.
• The proposed candidate must have consultancy experience for more than 7 years and we require a specialist consultant as QA/QC Engineer.
• Please note that this is a live project, Building Supervision, experience in ‘Data Center project’ is an added qualification.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: From QAR15,000.00 per month

• Minimum 8 years of experience in communicating with stakeholders at all levels, singly and in groups.
• Experience with the systems development lifecycle and typical problems associated with the implementation and operation of information systems and has an appreciation of both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Is aware of the IT infrastructure and software development and maintenance methods, tools and techniques.
• Experience with the organization’s IT strategy, policies and standards, and any industry regulations/constraints.
• Is aware of risk management, change management, configuration management, reliability and safety methods and the use of metrics.
• Experience in setting and applying specific quality standards to all tasks undertaken to ensure that deliverables are accurate and complete.
• Demonstrates high standards of professional behavior in dealings with clients, colleagues and staff.
• Has in depth knowledge of more than one specific area and a broad understanding across a wide field along with a record of applying such knowledge successfully in a variety of situations.
• Possesses strong inter-personal skills, especially in handling contacts of all types and at all levels.

• Provide personal care to patients (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc.)
• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Monitor and record vital signs, report any health concerns
• Administer prescribed medications as instructed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient’s environment
• Accompany patients to medical appointments or outings as needed
• Follow care plans and work under the supervision of nurses or medical staff
• Ensure patient safety and report incidents or changes in condition promptly
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Caregiver Certification or Nursing Assistant Training preferred
• Previous experience in caregiving or home care (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Basic knowledge of elderly care, child care, or special needs support (depending on placement)
• Ability to handle physical demands of caregiving
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Loan IQ application implementations and interface development Good knowledge on SDK development such as inquiry script, event management, scripted API, scripted Batch…etc...
• Good knowledge on Loan IQ Data dictionary (7.7.X version) Good understanding of the Loan IQ framework Good knowledge of Loan IQ functionalities
• Capable to debug the interface issue and functional issues
• Good knowledge of RFR functionality
• Good Knowledge of the Loan IQ framework, data model, SDK Scripted batch, Event triggers, controller event and Inquiry API.
• Competent in nightly batches, data model, inquiry scripts, loan processing, accounting, pricing and accruals.
• Good knowledge of the Loan IQ MX payments ·
• Good knowledge of generation of GL entries with Batch Accounting and Online Accounting in Loan IQ
• Good knowledge on Loan IQ functional configurations and end-to-end process flows related to syndicated and bilateral deals.

• Minimum 5 years experience. Extensive technical experience on civil, mechanical, and instrumentation drawings and models.
• Competencies:
• Knowledge of ISO documentation standards and QCS. Expertise in related computer software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, and similar. In-depth understanding of technical documents, procedures, and implementations. Excellent mathematical skills. Attentive to details. Critical thinking. Analyses complex technical data such as using logic and quantitative reasoning. Set priorities that accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities.
• Education: Minimum of College Level – Technical, Engineering, or Architectural.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes according to individualized care plans.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, injections, and other nursing procedures as needed.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication use, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition when required.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols as per local healthcare regulations.
• Participate in training, performance reviews, and continuous professional development.
