1. Pastry Chef de Partie
The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. This role involves creating new recipes, ensuring consistency in production, and assisting with the smooth running of the pastry section.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of baked goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, and breads following both traditional and modern recipes.
- Create new and innovative desserts to refresh menus and engage customer interest.
- Decorate pastries using icings, toppings, and other techniques to ensure attractive presentation.
- Measure, mix, and bake ingredients accurately while monitoring baking times and temperatures.
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to maintain quality and consistency.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to join our 4-star hotel in Doha. The successful candidate will lead all sales, marketing, and revenue-generating activities, ensuring the hotel achieves its commercial objectives while maintaining brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the hotel’s annual sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key market segments.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, online presence, and promotional activities to enhance the hotel’s visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Revenue and Operations teams to optimize pricing and distribution strategies.
- Represent the hotel in exhibitions, trade shows, and local business events.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue and business development goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Qatar and GCC hospitality market.
- Arabic speaker is a must.
- Must hold a valid QID and currently reside in Qatar.
- Proficient in English and Arabic.
3. Head Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform food production and presentation to all internal and external customers,
- make sure that the food is produced as per the standard recipe consistently.
- Supervise, direct and participate where necessary in the preparation cooking of all food items, check quality of food and portion of food before being sent to customers to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Check all food use by dates to ensure no products is exceeded than the requirements, ensure that over/under preparation of production of food is kept to a minimum to maintain food cost.
- Check on every working place of cooks and utilities, including storing areas, fridges and dust bins in all production areas for cleanliness and food cost.
- Plan food production in line with demands and concept, ensuring that through the process of batch cooking that food items remain fresh, appealing and presentable.
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that food quality standards are met at all time.
- Assist in determining how food should be presented and create decorative food displays to ensure our food presentation is very attractive to customers.
