Required jobs in Darwish Interserve company and their details:
1. HVAC Engineer
Responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC and electromechanical systems within facilities. The role includes planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and Qatari regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operation and maintenance of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, Package Units, etc.).
- Supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance teams and ensure smooth facility operation.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC and electromechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, BMS, and control systems.
- Monitor energy consumption and suggest optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance work.
- Ensure full compliance with QCDD, Kahramaa, and other local authority regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records, service reports, and inspection logs.
- Implement and ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support the Facilities Manager in budget planning and procurement of materials and spare parts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or HVAC operations, with at least 3 years in the GCC region.
- Certifications:
- KAHRAMAA Grade B (preferred)
- QCDD Certified Engineer (preferred)
- Proficient in HVAC, Electrical, Control, ELV, and BMS systems.
- Good knowledge of international and Qatari maintenance standards.
- Strong understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and quality management systems.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
2. HV Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HV Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing, designing, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of high-voltage electrical systems in compliance with Kahramaa regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage (HV) electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with Kahramaa and local authority regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for approvals and project execution.
- Perform load calculations, protection coordination, and system studies.
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve HV electrical systems performance.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Support project teams in tendering, estimation, and technical evaluations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- Valid Kahramaa License (mandatory).
- UPDA Grade A or B (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HV electrical engineering (preferably in Qatar/GCC).
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and HV equipment.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar electrical design software.
- Strong analytical and technical reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
