1. Project/Site Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple project sites.
- Ensure all construction activities are in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Supervise and inspect work on-site to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide technical guidance to teams.
- Ensure site documentation and records are properly maintained.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical input as required.
2. MEP QA/QC Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical (or equivalent discipline).Diploma in Engineering may be acceptable with additional relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in MEP works with a focus on quality control and assurance.
- Previous experience in construction projects (commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure).
- Experience in reviewing and implementing quality plans, method statements, and inspection & test plans (ITPs).
- Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM, ISO).
- Familiarity with NDT methods and codes.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with QA/QC tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Office, QA/QC checklists).
3. Draftsman (MEP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings for aluminum and glass systems using Orgadata and AutoCAD.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings and translate them into production-ready fabrication files.
- Coordinate drawings with engineering and site teams to reflect actual site conditions and requirements
- Generate cutting lists, material take-offs, and fabrication reports using Orgadata software.
- Input and manage profile data, accessories, and system configurations within the Orgadata platform.
- Ensure accurate configuration of aluminum profiles, accessories, gaskets, and glazing types
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure clarity and accuracy of drawings.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from consultants and clients promptly.
- Assist in resolving design-related issues during fabrication or installation.
- Maintain drawing logs and ensure all drawings are version-controlled, properly archived, and updated.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company procedures.
- Support the preparation of submittals and documentation for approvals.
- Experience with orgadata is a plus
4. Estimator
Key Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed BOQs
- Develop cost breakdowns
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure thorough and timely bid submissions
- Monitor market trends, labor rates, and material costs
5. Project Manager (MEP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate several construction projects (MEP) simultaneously from inception to completion.
- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and cost; resolve any issues or delays that arise.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, local regulations, and HSE standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
