1. HR & Administrative Officer
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in all aspects of employee lifecycle management, from attracting and onboarding top talent to ensuring a positive and compliant work environment. You will be a champion for our employees, partnering with managers to foster a culture of engagement and development.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines and applicable employment laws.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions, collaborating with hiring managers to identify the best talent and run talent acquisition processes efficiently.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program that welcomes new hires and integrates them into the company culture.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance documentation.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the performance management process, ensuring fairness and consistency in appraisals and feedback.
- Preparing the monthly attendance.
- Preparing the weekly schedule.
Requirements:
- Valid Working or Family Visa
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Proven experience in an HR Officer role or similar HR position.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
2. Registered General Nurse
Qualifications:
- Having experience in OBGYN, Dermatology & Dental assistance
- Having a valid QCHP License
- Flexible in shifting
- Flexible in working in a team
- Hardworking
- Open to new knowledge
- Fast learner
- Can provide NOC if under working visa
Job description:
- Will be assisting multiple doctors depending on the demand.
- Will be assigned in different departments.
- Might be trained to do derma procedure as well such as HydraFacial, laser hair removal, carbon laser and etc.
