1. Electrical Foreman
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide electricians and technicians.
- Plan and organize daily electrical work.
- Ensure all work is done safely and according to standards.
- Read and follow electrical drawings and instructions.
- Coordinate with engineers and other teams.
- Prepare daily progress and manpower reports.
2. Tea Attendant (F)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks/beverages to management and visitors.
- Experience in making Arabic coffee, Cappuccino and Latte.
- Prepare refreshments for trainees’ tea breaks.
- A happy & friendly personality
- Maintain general cleanliness and upkeep of the office pantry.
- Disposal of rubbish from pantry and workstations.
- Attend to any other duties assigned by superiors.
3. Personal Assistant & Secretary
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar PA/Executive Secretary role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Nationality Preference: Western / European (due to cultural adaptability with MD’s requirements).
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable, proactive, and service-oriented personality.
4. Senior Mechanical Engineer
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC and maintenance projects, preferably in Qatar or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (static & rotating equipment, piping, pressure vessels, pumps, compressors, HVAC, firefighting).
- Familiarity with EPC project life cycle: FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, NFPA, ISO, etc.).
- Experience in using engineering software (AutoCAD).
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
5. Safety Officer - 6 Months
Qualifications & Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certified.
- Min 2-5 Years of Oil & Gas experience in Qatar.
- Experience in Electrical/MEP works.
6. Mechanical Technician
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education:
- Technical Secondary School Certificate.
- Experience:
- Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in overhauling of various type of valves, pumps, compressors, diesel engines and the like, with at least two (2) years’ experience at Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Industry or similar facilities.
- Duty:
- Carry out routine maintenance, repair, and overhaul on various items of equipment's and plants, such as compressors, pumps, diesel generators, valves etc.
7. HVAC Sales Engineer
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC sales experience in Qatar or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, applications, and industry standards.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
8. HVAC Technicians (Qatar DL)
Educational Qualifications:
- Industrial Training or HVAC Tradesman Certificate.
- Or equivalent with ability to speak and understand English.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance and repairs of Central A.C. Plants out of which preferably 3 years in Gulf with experience on Air-cooled water Chillers and Package/Split AC. equipment.
