TRAGS ENGINEERING was established in 1974 and forms a part of ENSRV group which is the energy and engineering arm of J&A Jaidah Holdings.
The business was formed to meet the demand for high quality building services engineering, construction andfacility management. TRAGS is now recognized as the leading MEP, Energy Center/District Cooling and Facility Management contractor in Qatar.
TRAGS are First Grade Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Contractor with authority to execute electrical installations of unlimited kilowatts. We also hold First Grade Civil Defence Certification for the Fire Protection Systems.
The Company offers a comprehensive 24/7 Facility Management Services to Government Buildings, Royal Palaces, Banks, Educational Institutions, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Properties, Malls and Stores, Hospitality and Health Care Buildings.

The head offices occupy 1200 sq. meters in the Jaidah Tower Office block. The company also operates approximately 1700 sq. meters of enclosed stores and 850 sq. meters of computerized duct manufacturing and mechanical workshop facilities at the Salwa Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Doha.
As for the human capital, the company employs an average workforce of 2000 permanent personnel including engineering and support staffs numbering in excess of 200 with capability of sourcing any number of workforce on short notice as per requirements.

1. HSE Officer
Job Description:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of HSE experience within the GCC.
- Must be able to provide a valid NOC.
- Must be currently in Qatar and immediately available to join.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: QAR5,800.00 per month
2. Electrical Quantity Surveyor (Pre-contract)
Job Description:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Diploma/bachelor's in electrical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in MEP estimation
- Good knowledge of electrical system
- Strong knowledge of tendering, BOQ, and cost estimation practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software

3. Quantity Surveyor - MEP
Job Description:
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
Analyze project drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate pricing.
Support pre-contract functions including risk analysis, tender evaluation, and technical clarifications.
Liaise with design, engineering, and procurement teams for cost-effective solutions.
Use estimation software, AutoCAD, and Excel to generate and manage project data efficiently.
4. Senior Electrical Estimation Engineer
Job Description:
- B.E Electrical / B. E Electricals & Electronics
- Minimum 10 Years Electrical & ELV estimation and tendering experience in reputed MEP company in GCC preferably in Qatar
- Strong understanding of tender documentation, evaluation criteria, and submission procedures.
- Strong understanding of Electrical & ELV construction processes, standards, and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately available to join candidate is preferred
5. HVAC Technician
Job Description:
- Certificate in Mechanical Diploma/ITI
- Min 2 years GCC experience
- Experience in centralized AC equipment (chiller, package unit, precirion unit, CDU etc)
- Experience in PPM and its scheduling for HVAC units/equipment
- Ability to perform pump alignment with dial gauge, laser etc
- Knowledge in compressor overhauling
- Ability to perform AHU belt alignment.
- Ability to change motor & blower bearing for AHU.
- Basic knowledge on types of refrigerants
