1. Junior Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be a critical part of our finance division, focusing on:
- Costing and Estimation of real estate properties/projects.
- Serving as a Credit Controller, managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely
- collections.
- Accurate and timely Data Entry and general ledger maintenance.
Requirements:
- Age: Below 30 years.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven accounting experience in Qatar.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
2. EOT Crane Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate overhead cranes as per project and site requirements.
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of crane equipment, controls, and safety systems in line with Qatar Civil Defence and HSE regulations.
- Read and interpret load charts, lifting plans, and method statements.
- Safely lift, move, and position materials without exceeding crane load limits.
- Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and supervisors using proper hand signals and communication protocols.
- Adhere to Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and international lifting safety standards.
- Report and document equipment malfunctions, incidents, or near misses to the site supervisor and HSE team.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Labor requirements for safe lifting operations.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and mandatory HSE training sessions.
- Maintain crane logbooks, inspection records, and certifications as required by Qatar regulations.
Education/ Qualifications and Experience:
- Secondary school education or equivalent. Minimum 3 year’s experience in EOT crane operations within construction/engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar’s HSE laws, Civil Defence standards, and QCS regulations.
- Proven experience handling mobile/tower/overhead cranes in large-scale projects.
Key Competencies.
- Expertise in safe EOT crane operation and load handling.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations, load charts, and lifting procedures.
- Precision, alertness, and situational awareness in high-risk environments.
- Effective coordination with riggers, signalmen, and project teams.
