• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety policies and procedures aligned with Qatar’s occupational health and safety standards, with specific focus on construction and oil & gas activities.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and site audits across construction sites, oil & gas facilities, and other operational areas.
• Identify hazards, report unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports, and facilitate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of welding activities, including root, filler, and cap passes, to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
• Review and approve Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welding Procedure Qualification (WPQ) documents.
• Evaluate welder qualifications and oversee performance qualification tests to ensure welders are certified according to project requirements.
• Monitor pre-weld, in-process, and post-weld operations, including material verification, joint preparation, and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT).
• Stay updated with the latest welding technologies and industry standards to ensure the best practices are implemented.

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and execution.
• Prepare, update, and track project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and report potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Support procurement processes by preparing material requests and tracking deliveries.
• Organize project meetings, prepare minutes of meeting (MOM), and follow up on action points.
• Maintain proper records of project correspondence, drawings, and approvals.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering/Diploma.
• 5–7 years of experience in Sheet Metal (Sand which panel and Corrugated sheet) and steel structural projects (Qatar/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Preferred to Plant (Oil and Gas) experience candidates
• Knowledge of project management software (MS Project / Primavera P6) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Familiarity with Qatar’s construction standards, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
